What we collect
When you fill out a form, request a quote, book a repair, or place an order, we collect what you type: your name, email, phone number, and the details of what you need. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we keep your email for that. Card and bank payments are handled entirely by Stripe — your payment details never touch our systems.
What we do with it
We use it to answer you, build your PC, fix your machine, and send the occasional deal if you signed up for those. That's it. Every message goes straight to Nick — this is a one-man shop, not a call center.
Who we share it with
We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. The only third parties that touch any of it are the services that run the site: Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting), and Google (our order sheet and email). The site also uses the Meta Pixel for basic ad measurement — you can block it with any ad blocker and everything here still works.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics measures page visits, call-button clicks, inquiry starts, delivery errors and accepted inquiries. We send the service category, not your name, email, phone number or message. A call-button click does not tell us whether a call was answered. Analytics uses cookies and can be declined without affecting your request. The source website or a known campaign label is also included with your inquiry to help us understand how customers find us.
Your data on your repair
If you hand us a computer, we treat what's on it as yours and none of our business. We only touch personal files when the repair requires it (like data recovery you asked for), and we never copy or keep anything after the job is done.
Want something deleted?
Email nick@keystonelabsusa.net or call/text (412) 910-5361 and we'll remove your info — newsletter, records, all of it.
